Cosmic Lullaby delivers one AI-generated, personalised bedtime story per enrolled child to your email address each evening. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. By creating a child profile you confirm this.
Cosmic Lullaby starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 8; if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. After the trial, the service is billed at $5.99 per month. Payment is taken at the start of each monthly billing period via Stripe. You will be notified before your trial ends.
The free trial is a one-time welcome offer. If you cancel and subscribe again later, billing begins immediately and no second free trial is given.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will continue to receive stories until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
Stories are generated by AI and are provided for your family's personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We grant you a personal licence to read and share the stories with your child. We do not guarantee any particular content, and we recommend parents read stories before sharing them with young children. Stories are not intended as educational, medical, or psychological advice.
You must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit stories generated by the service. You must not use the service in a way that could harm children or violate applicable law.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties as to the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temple AI Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
